To strengthen the communication between schools in the IUP program, to enhance the students’ experience with western culture and improve their cooperative personality, 25 IUP students (enrolled in 2009 and 2010) of our school take part in the Christmas show held in Xuzhou No 1 Middle School at the request of the international promotion center of Jiangsu Education Department. The performance of Pride and Prejudice produced and performed by the students themselves wins a thorough success and is highly praised by teachers and students present. During the period, students pay a visit to the tombs of Han Dynasty in ancient Xuzhou, which impresses the students with the extensive and profound culture of our homeland and strengthens their social practical ability as well.
