On Dec 24th, the 5th session of the 5th Representative Teachers Congress was held in Jiangsu Yancheng Middle School. At the meeting, Principle Mr. Li Zhicheng explained the blueprints for the next 5 years' development (the draft of the Twelfth Five Years Plan). The Vice Principle Mr. Wang Dongbing played the host, and the Vice Principle Mr. Xie Zhaogui gave a report on the financial affairs in 2010.

In Mr. Li Zhicheng's report, he pointed out the overall and ultimate goals of the Twelfth Five Years Plan. Jiangsu Yancheng Middle School should be one of the first five-star schools in Jiangsu Province, and Experimental Junior and Senior High Schools should perfect their teaching qualities and extend their influences in both Jiangsu Province and the whole nation. As for the development of the teachers, the school will spare no effort to cultivate more outstanding teachers to guarantee the teaching quality. Moral training as well as cultural education should reflect our school's specialties, with international communication and the construction of information as new focuses and breakthroughs. Besides, more than 30 subjects concerning the construction of the school were discussed at the meeting.

The teacher representatives also actively participate. After serious discussion and evaluation, the representatives considered the blueprint well-designed and suitable for the current development of the school. They were also satisfied with the report of the financial affairs in 2010, which is complete, objective and reliable.
